Delivery Policy

At Student Tech Bargains, we are committed to providing our customers with reliable, efficient delivery services. Below you will find detailed information regarding our delivery procedures and policies.



1. Delivery Charges

Free Standard Delivery: We offer free standard delivery for all orders over £200, applicable to UK mainland only. This service is fully tracked and delivered within 3-5 working days.

Standard Delivery Charges: For orders under £200, a flat rate of £5.50 applies.

Dispatch Times: Orders placed before 12 pm are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm are dispatched on the next working day. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.

2. Delivery Timescales

Delivery times for our Free Standard Delivery are within 3-5 working days. Please note that delivery times exclude public holidays and are subject to placing your order before our cut-off times.

3. Delivery Methods

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all deliveries. More information about this service can be found here.

4. Missed Deliveries

In the case of missed deliveries, please refer to the Royal Mail policy outlined here.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided for the purpose of monitoring the delivery status of your items. You can track your item here. We strive to provide accurate and timely tracking information; however, discrepancies may occur, for which we are not liable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Any items damaged or found defective upon delivery will be replaced at no additional cost to you.

7. Cancellations and Changes to Orders

Orders can be cancelled or changed prior to shipping. After dispatch, our return policy applies.

8. Return Shipping

Within 14 Days: If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, you may return the item at your expense for a refund minus postage costs. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Hardware Issues Within 14 Days: We will cover the cost of collecting, repairing, replacing, or refunding items that have hardware issues reported within the first 14 days.

After 14 Days: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items can only be repaired or replaced under the 3-months warranty, and refunds are not provided.

9. Refusal of Delivery

If delivery is refused by the customer, we will charge the standard delivery cost plus an additional £20 handling fee.

10. Liability and Ownership Transfer

Ownership of the goods transfers to you upon delivery. Our liability covers any loss or theft during transit, as all goods are insured.

11. Compliance with Laws


Our delivery policy is compliant with all relevant UK laws and regulations, ensuring that we operate within the legal framework and maintain high standards of service.
