Free 3-Month Warranty

Every refurbished product from Student Tech Bargains comes with a free 3-month warranty, ensuring peace of mind with every purchase. Our products undergo stringent testing procedures, guaranteeing an excellent out-of-the-box experience for all customers.



1. What Does the Warranty Cover?

  • Technical defects causing faults to your device.

  • Coverage spans 3 months from the date shown on your purchase receipt.

  • 0 - 14 Days: No-cost returns for refunds or exchanges.

  • 15 - 28 Days: Refunds are available under our return policy.

2. How to Make a Claim

3. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

  • Damages from improper use, including damage to the screen, casing, and components not approved by the manufacturer.

  • Liquid damage or damage from unapproved chargers.

  • Software issues stemming from unauthorized downloads.

  • Consumables like batteries, if within the expected lifespan.

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or deviations from care instructions.

  • Regular wear and tear, including aesthetic discrepancies that do not affect functionality.

4.  Resolving Issues

During the 3-Month Warranty Period:

Repairs or replacements will be initiated if faults are reported promptly and the product is used and maintained correctly.

Within the first 14 days, defective units are picked up at our cost.

After 14 days, returns for defective items will incur a shipping fee unless otherwise specified.


Warranty Process:

Day 1: Initiate return and send to Student Tech Bargains.

Day 2: Receipt of unit and fault confirmation.

Day 3-5: Dispatch of replacement or repaired unit.

Replacement Note:

Replacement orders continue under the initial warranty; the warranty period does not restart.
