Product Grading Overview

All our products, irrespective of grade, come with a free 3-month warranty.

New and Boxed

• Brand new and factory sealed.

Brand New Open Box

• Brand new with the manufacturer's seals broken.

Excellent (Formerly Refurbished Grade A)

• Very good condition, may show light cosmetic markings such as minimal scratching on the lid or light wear on mouse points.

• Battery guaranteed to be over 70% health.

Good (Formerly Refurbished Grade B)

• Good condition, might include slight scratches and scuffs.

• Could have faint scratches on the screen, not visible when in use.

• May feature minor cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality.

• Battery life not guaranteed but will hold a charge.

Fair (Formerly Refurbished Grade C)

• Noticeable cosmetic damage or functional issues.

• Potential cracks around hinges, major scuffs or scratches on the screen, significant pressure marks, or damage to the casing.

• Battery life not guaranteed but will hold a charge.

Other Grading
